We recognize that adulting is not easy. Families, workout, and work makes it tough to squeeze in other things. For this reason, Elite Cryo offers maximum scheduling flexibility. Don’t see a time that fits your schedule? Send an email to hello@boltparkour.com and we will make it work for you!
HOW IT WORKS
We offer single sessions for our cryotherapy and sauna services. Appointments must be made ahead of time either by phone or by email. We only accept cash, venmo, and or cashapp for all of our services.

Monday-Friday: 8am-8pm
Saturday: CLOSED
Sunday: CLOSED

Cryotherapy pricing
Single session (3 minutes): $45
Sauna Pricing
Single session (30 mins): $25
Single session (1 hour): $45
**If you have any allergies to any essential oils, please be sure to make a note when booking your appointment so that we can be sure that it is not used that day.
*Please be sure that Sauna sessions are scheduled at LEAST one hour prior to the time of session.
